Brigette Caldwell spent nearly two decades inside medical practices — running front offices, rebuilding billing departments, and untangling credentialing backlogs that had quietly locked providers out of network for months.
What she saw repeatedly was not a coding problem. It was a coordination problem: vendors optimizing their own scope while the practice absorbed every gap between them.
